Join us as a stallholder

We’re delighted to invite stallholders to be part of our community festival taking place this May. The event will be a lively, family-friendly day bringing together local residents, community groups, charities, small businesses and independent traders.

Stalls play a key role in creating the atmosphere of the festival – whether you’re promoting a community organisation, selling handmade goods, offering food and drink, or showcasing a local service. We welcome a wide range of stalls that reflect the diversity, creativity and spirit of our community.

If you’re interested in having a stall at the event, please complete the form below. We’ll be in touch with further details about stall allocation, timings and any practical arrangements closer to the event.

Before submitting your application, please ensure you have read and understood our stall Booking Conditions, as these form part of the booking agreement.
